I am AI literate. Could I just build this myself?

You can, and plenty of founders start. What we see is the demo works for a few weeks under a few conditions, then things start breaking. Now you are the bottleneck again, fixing it yourself, and your team never learned to use it. We have built over 200 automations and made all the mistakes already, so builds ship faster, hold up in the real world, and we are there to fix them if they break. You pass us the idea and we implement it.

Is the AI not too generic?

That happens when the AI has no context. We build a knowledge base so it knows exactly what it should be doing, and we use real code for the steps that must happen the same way every time. Where it matters, your team stays in the loop to review and send revisions back.

My work is too custom to systemise.

We have automated some genuinely strange processes. When you combine code, AI and a bit of human direction, the output beats most custom work being done by hand today. Your business is also probably shaped a lot like others we have built for. We look at the ROI on each system first and only build it if the numbers make sense for both of us.

How long does it take?

Do I have to replace my team with AI?

We build on a full web stack, Vercel on the front end and Supabase on the back end. For most builds that runs about 50 dollars a month. You own both accounts and you own all the code, so you can bring in your own developer any time.

What happens to our data?

We use industry standard tools. Bitwarden holds your secrets, passwords and API keys in an encrypted vault. Your company data sits in Supabase, which is used by millions of companies. If you have extra requirements or need us to sign an NDA, that is fine.

After handoff, can we edit things ourselves?

Yes. The parts you are most likely to want to change are built to be easy to change. You also get the codebase, so you can edit it yourself, use AI to help, or hire someone. We stay on to make sure the systems keep working for you.

Will my clients notice it is AI?

What your clients see is on brand and reads like your team wrote it. We tune how it writes, and we add a human review step into any client facing flow you want. We also roll changes out slowly, so nothing flips overnight and you keep control of the output.

How does the guarantee actually work?

At kickoff we count your baseline together. We go through your tasks, how long they take today, and your current client and revenue capacity. We agree that number before anything starts. If it is not cut in half by day 60, we keep working for free until it is. On top of that you get an unconditional 30 days. If you are unhappy for any reason, you get a full refund and you keep everything we built.

Is this right for my agency?

The value scales with volume, so this is not worth it if you are solo or only have a couple of clients. We work with agencies doing over 50k per month, because that is where the leverage turns into real money.
